How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping rate is automatically calculated when shopping online. If there are additional shipping charges, you will be notified before shipping that these charges will be applied to your credit card.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking number and shipper's link.
What about backorders?
If an item is backordered, we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
What is Embellir's return policy?
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Embellir meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise with all tags attached within 15 days for an exchange. We do not give refunds on international orders. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. All refunds/exchanges are discretionary.
How do I return something?
Send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to: Embellir, Product Returns, 2577 Broad Avenue, Memphis TN 38112-2615. You may also bring it back to the store.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay for all return shipping cost unless the fault is Embellir's.
Is it safe to use my credit card?

All Requirements Must Be Met Before Order is Shipped
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason, we will not issue you a refund. We do not issue refunds on International Orders.
Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order or Cashier's Check. All payment information will be verified thoroughly before shipping.
You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are sometimes 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. If the shipping cost turns out to be more than calculated by our online process, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping before we can ship your order.
We have found that the best way and oftentimes less expensive way to ship international orders is via the United States Postal Services (USPS) Global Express Mail Service which will also generates a tracking number.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. All prices are listed in U.S. currency--you may use the converters or the link below to convert from your currency to U.S. dollars.
