Spa Recipe of the Month
Anti-Wrinkle Facial
Rich oils, yeast, honey, and a small amount of apple cider vinegar tone, restore acid balance, and help control the development of wrinkles.

DON'T MOVE YOUR FACE WHILE MASQUE IS ON!
Anti-Wrinkle Facial

YOU WILL NEED:

1 tbs Brewer's yeast (recommend Lewis Labs)
1 tbs Olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp Pure raw honey
1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar (recommend Bragg's)
1 egg yolk or 1 tbs sour cream (if skin type is dry)
1 tbs egg white or plain yogurt (if skin type  is oily)

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, mix the yeast, oil, honey, and vinegar together until thoroughly mixed.

Add remaining ingredient based on your skin type and mix well.

Spread the mixture on your face and leave on for 20 minutes.

Rinse off with warm water until all of the mixture is removed (7-10 times).  Switch to cold water for the final rinse.

Apply appropriate moisturizer based on your skin type.

Three-Powder Face Masque
Three-Powder Face Masque
This wonderful flour mask stimulates, soothes,tones, nourishes, cleanses, and astringes.  This mask is for all skin types.  If you are allergic to wheat, do not try this mask because it may cause an allergic reaction.

You will need:
2 tbs. buckwheat flour (soba flour)
2 tbs. rice flour
2 tbs soybean flour (kinako)
2 tsp. black sugar or honey

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 

Add enough water to make a paste.

Apply mixture to freshly cleansed face
and leave on for 20 minutes.

Rinse well with warm.

Rinse well with cool.

Apply Toner.

Apply Moisturizer.
