- Drink a large glass of distilled water with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne
- Unplug the phone
- Lock the bathroom door to prevent "intruders"
- Light aromatherapy beeswax or soy candles; choose lavender to relieve stress and sandalwood to relax
- In the shower, remove all unwanted hair from legs, underarms, eyebrows, etc.
- Add a deep conditioning oil to the hair
- Exfoliate body and rinse body well
- Plug the drain in your bath tub
- Pour in an all-natural bubble bath or bath soak
- Adjust the water to the temperature you like and fill the tub
- Slowly enter the bath water, feet first
- Totally relax for 20 minutes
The day before treat yourself to a manicure and a pedicure.
